Basic Hatha Yoga in English

|詳細||We are going to start with movements and deep breathing which work together to help slowly relax our bodies.
Then,while focusing on our breath, we will alternate between an Asana to tense our bodies and an Asana to warm our bodies, which has a deeply relaxing effect.
This class will be done in simple, easy English, but I will follow up in Japanese if needed.
